Requirements

15+ years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience preferred.
An Associate degree or equivalent certification in a related field is preferred, but not required.
Strong working knowledge and proficiency with standard hand and power tools.
Associate degree or equivalent in related field preferred but not required
1-2 years+ of automotive or diesel experience preferred
Working knowledge in the use of hand and power tools

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems, including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, and climate control, ensuring all work meets exact specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and multi-point inspections efficiently to maximize fleet uptime and safety.
Ensure all trucks, trailers, and shop equipment continuously meet DOT and all other regulatory safety standards.
Monitor parts inventory, track component utilization, and accurately document all completed maintenance and repair orders.
Stay current with the latest industry advancements by continuously learning new technical information, tools, and diagnostic techniques.
