As a Lead Developer, you will play a key role in the design, evolution, and support of critical business solutions that support life insurance policy administration within the Odyssey Train. As a Lead Developer, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include: Participating in the analysis, design, development, and evolution of business solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem. Developing and maintaining applications built on .NET and SQL Server technologies while ensuring performance, security, and long term sustainability. Collaborating closely with business analysts, architects, developers, and business partners to deliver solutions that meet business needs. Contributing to technical decisions, code reviews, quality assurance activities, and knowledge sharing across the team. Actively participating in Agile ceremonies, supporting production applications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development within a Microsoft environment, including experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps or Git.
Has excellent written and spoken French skills.

Responsibilities
