About The Position

FNBO is seeking a Lead Developer to join their team. This role involves leading application design, creating and maintaining application and network diagrams, and ensuring solutions comply with best practices in application security, encryption, and data in transit. The Lead Developer will mentor team members, participate in code reviews, and contribute to planning for initiatives by providing design, estimates, work breakdowns, and identifying dependencies. This position is a key contributor to the roadmap planning and execution for owned applications, ensuring alignment with the larger enterprise architecture. The role also involves collaborating with other technical leads, participating in development work, supporting the resolution of production issues, and creating steps to prevent recurrence. Additionally, the Lead Developer will have oversight responsibility for resolving vulnerabilities and compliance deficits, and will work with Change Management for code releases, rollouts, and post-release testing. Participation in an on-call rotation for production support is also expected.

Responsibilities
