Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7+ years of experience as a Lead Sales Manager, preferably in a high-volume luxury dealership
  • Prior experience with both new and pre-owned automotive sales
  • Exceptional communication, team building and leadership skills
  • Ability to seamlessly work deals at the desk and close on the floor as needed
  • Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Train, develop, and mentor all sales staff
  • Monitor weekly and monthly progress towards attaining sales goals, coaching staff as needed and ensuring goals are attained
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards by observing customer engagement and ensuring timely follow-up by sales staff
  • Serve as point of contact to address and resolve any customer concerns
  • Motivate sales staff and preserve morale within the sales team
