About The Position
Family Smiles LLC is seeking passionate and experienced dental professionals to join their team as a Lead Dental Assistant. This role is crucial to the success of their dental healthcare operations, providing strong leadership and reliable dental assisting expertise to support Dentists, the Office Manager, and other DA staff. The ideal candidate will be DANB Certified with at least 3 years of experience. The position offers a competitive pay range and a signing bonus for DANB certified candidates.
Requirements
- DANB Certified
- At least 3 years of experience
- State Board issued Dental Assistant or Radiology Certified license
- Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety Certification
- Minimum 3 years dental experience
- leadership experience
- Full time availability M-F and rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance for Dentists.
- Operate oral radiology equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and operatories.
- Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
- Attentively address concerns patients may have regarding treatment plans.
- Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging their questions or concerns.
- Ensure quality service is always provided.
