About The Position
We are seeking a full-time General Dentist to practice at our Salem, Oregon office. This practice operates primarily on a fee-for-service model, enabling dentists to concentrate on comprehensive, patient-centered care without the administrative and reimbursement challenges often found in insurance-heavy systems. This structure fosters stronger patient relationships, enhances clinical autonomy, and prioritizes quality of care over patient volume. Requirements
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Active OR state dental license (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
