We’re seeking a Lead Dental Assistant who is professional, dependable and reliable, and ready to take on a leadership role in a supportive, patient-focused setting. Requirements
- Proficient with dental assisting techniques, including familiarity with 3D scanning.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and reliable with a willingness to learn and work.
- Friendly, calm demeanor and team-focused attitude
- Ability to Commute to Meridian, ID on a daily basis
- Ability to relocate to Meridian before hire date.
- Ability to work in person at location.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Current CPR certification (optional)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during patient visits
- Set up and clean operatories and maintain sterilization protocols
- Monitor and manage inventory and supply orders
- Ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow
- Help with training and mentoring additional team members as we grow
- Provide excellent patient care with a warm and professional manner
