About The Position

Join a growing dental team located within a multi-specialty medical center offering medical, dental, vision and pharmacy all under one roof. At our Nellis location, we're looking for a Lead Dental Assistant who is ready to take ownership of the back office, support the clinical team, and help drive an efficient, high-quality patient experience.

Requirements

• Dental Assistant experience required
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization standards
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• Lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support dental assistants in daily clinical operations
• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures
• Ensure operatories are fully prepared, stocked, and running efficiently
• Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control standards
• Help onboard and train new team members
• Create and manage dental assistant schedules to ensure proper coverage
• Track, monitor, and coordinate dental lab cases from start to finish
• Review and manage lab invoices for accuracy and timely submission
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures within the back office
• Support clinical efficiency by improving workflows and room turnaround times
• Collaborate with front office and leadership to ensure a seamless patient experience
