About The Position

Smile Revival is seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Lead Dental Assistant to help launch and grow their brand-new denture clinic in Berea, Kentucky. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the provider from the ground up, helping establish clinical workflows, deliver exceptional patient care, and create an outstanding patient experience from day one. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned dental professional who enjoys mentoring others, taking ownership, and being a key contributor to a practice's success. This role is for an experienced Dental Assistant ready to take the next step in their career, passionate about patient care, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and excited about helping build something meaningful.

Requirements

• Active X-ray certification
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of dental assisting experience
• EDDA certification
• Coronal Polishing, Expanded Duties, and CPR certifications

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dentures, extractions, oral surgery, or prosthodontics preferred
• Leadership mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist the provider chairside during procedures
• Take dental X-rays and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Support patient flow, comfort, and education
• Assist with documentation and clinical charting
• Collaborate with the front office and clinical team to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate care
• Assist with training and mentoring future team members as the practice grows
• Help establish systems, processes, and a positive office culture
