The purpose of this job is to provide operational support to the Deli management team. This position will supervise restaurant activities during non-peak service hours and other hours as needed.

Ability to maintain PTC restaurant operational standards
Capability to execute shift plans
Proficiency in following up on assigned tasks
Ability to assist the management team
Experience working hourly positions
Skill in monitoring food preparation, register procedures, and cash handling policies and processes
Accountability for PTC Hospitality standards
Ability to provide direction to team members during a shift
Knowledge of and adherence to deli cleaning processes and methods
Ability to monitor labor usage and break policy
Adherence to deli plans/objectives as set by Deli General Manager
Capability to assist with training and cross-training of team members
Adherence to PTC processes and policies
Ability to maintain safe working conditions by following all safety and security policies and processes
Ensuring team members adhere to PTC’s dress code standards
Following all maintenance processes and methods
Ability to advise Deli General Manager on performance/discipline problems
Ensuring acceptable execution of suggestive selling, product, food safety and cleanliness standards
Ensuring compliance with PTC marketing and ensuring products are available and fresh
