About The Position

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Daycare Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. The role involves creating interactive learning experiences, supporting preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual development, and guiding fellow teachers. The Lead Teacher manages the classroom and implements curriculum while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The position also builds relationships with current and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success. Teachers may work indoors or outdoors and participate in physical activities with children.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Be energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the classroom.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Maintain expertise in and follow licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote children’s achievement and support the center’s success.
