About The Position

Essnova Solutions is seeking experienced Data Scientists and Data Architects to support a large-scale federal data and technology modernization initiative supporting the U.S. Census Bureau. We are seeking senior professionals who can help modernize complex data environments, develop advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities, and design scalable enterprise data platforms. Opportunities are available for both Lead Data Scientists and Senior Data Architects, depending on experience and technical specialization.

Requirements

PhD – required
15+ years of relevant experience – required
Senior/SME-level data science experience
Advanced experience with: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Advanced data analytics
10–14 years of relevant experience
Senior-level enterprise data architecture experience
Experience designing and supporting complex enterprise data environments

Responsibilities

Design and support modern enterprise data and analytics solutions.
Work with large, complex datasets in enterprise environments.
Support modernization of data platforms and architectures.
Develop scalable approaches to data integration, analytics, and management.
Collaborate with cloud, engineering, application, architecture, and program teams.
Support advanced analytics and AI/ML initiatives.
Develop technical documentation, architecture designs, analytical models, and recommendations.
Support development of scalable data platforms and advanced analytical capabilities.
