About The Position

This position drives the technical direction of data engineering initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge data solutions, leading complex projects, and serving as a technical authority in data engineering. The Lead Data Engineer collaborates with senior leadership to align data strategies with business objectives and mentors team members to foster innovation and excellence.

Requirements

• Enterprise data architecture
• ETL processes and tools (e.g., DBTran, IICS, DataStage, SSIS, Apache Spark, Airflow)
• Big data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark)
• Advanced big data and cloud technologies
• Data governance and security
• Machine learning and AI integration
• Performance tuning and optimization
• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 10 years' experience in Advanced data engineering, enterprise architecture, project leadership
