Requirements

• Lead end-to-end execution of data center manual labor activities
• Moving pallets, uncrating racks, unboxing servers, assembling racks, racking PDU’s and racking devices
• Oversee rack & stack, structured cabling (fiber/copper), and labeling standards
• Ensure proper asset tracking, tagging, and chain of custody during removal and install phases
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for all on-site issues during refresh cycles
• Lead troubleshooting of hardware failures, connectivity issues, and install/configuration gaps
• Validate system readiness through power-on checks, burn-in testing, and network connectivity validation
