Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain intuitive reports and dashboards using Power BI that provide operational and executive insights. Ensure reporting solutions remain accurate, reliable, and up to date.
Build, maintain, and optimize ETL processes to extract data from multiple enterprise systems, transform it into consistent and reliable datasets, and load it into reporting and analytics platforms.
Design and implement automated business processes using Power Automate and other automation technologies to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase data quality.
Design and develop business applications using Oracle APEX and Microsoft Power Apps to streamline operational workflows, improve user experience, and enable data-driven decision making.
Evaluate and implement AI-enabled capabilities, including generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Oracle AI services, and intelligent automation tools to improve reporting, accelerate data analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance user productivity.
Partner with business leaders and operational teams to understand reporting and data needs, translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Identify opportunities to modernize reporting, analytics, automation, and application development by evaluating emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry best practices.
