This role is within Chamberlain Group's Marketing function and is ideal for a hands-on CDP practitioner who can manage data pipelines, define audience logic, and operationalize customer data across marketing and lifecycle channels to drive measurable engagement and performance. The role will serve as the primary power user of the Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring optimal configuration and utilization of its features by Marketing and other teams. It involves managing end-to-end CDP workflows, including data ingestion and integration requirements, audience segmentation, and activation, ensuring outputs reliably support marketing and business use cases. Additionally, the role requires partnering with IT and the rest of the Marketing organization to translate personalization and measurement needs into CDP-ready requirements (events, attributes, audiences, and activation specifications), enabling execution.
