About The Position

This experienced professional role architects, develops, and optimizes scalable, high-performance solutions using software engineering practices and Data & AI technologies. The work transforms complex data into actionable insights that support decision-making and business growth through collaboration with diverse teams. The position requires special approval from the Compensation Job Family Owner. As part of the Revenue Operations Reinvention Lab, the engineer designs, builds, and deploys targeted data and agentic AI solutions to improve Revenue Operations productivity. The focus is on smaller, high-value use cases outside quarterly enterprise technology roadmaps. Solutions must be secure, maintainable, measurable, and aligned with broader technology architecture. The role leads complex work, significant projects, and strategic problem-solving; influences executive decisions; mentors less experienced staff; implements long-term plans; and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. It has no supervisory responsibility. This is a full-time, onsite role in Dallas, Texas, working from the designated location five days per week. Relocation is not offered. The position is listed at 40 hours per week.

Requirements

At least 5 years of related experience.
Expertise with Data & AI technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Databricks, or Snowflake.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Scala, Python, or SQL.
Knowledge of API development patterns such as HTTP/REST or GraphQL.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Certification is required in some areas.
Ability to manage very complex data engineering and AI work and solve major business problems.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree, such as in Computer Science or Scientific Computing, is desired.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Data & AI applications using software engineering practices such as automation, version control, and CI/CD.
Develop testing strategies to ensure application reliability and performance.
Oversee deployment processes and address configuration, environment, and security issues.
Translate Data & AI use case requirements into data models and pipelines, maintaining data integrity with statistical quality procedures and AI techniques.
Architect and build secure, scalable microservices and APIs, following best practices for usability, documentation, security, and version control.
Evaluate and select technologies for cloud and on-premise deployments, and implement scalability, performance-monitoring, and cost-optimization strategies.
Identify and prioritize high-value Revenue Operations opportunities by partnering with stakeholders to find workflow bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and decision-support needs.
Own end-to-end delivery of targeted Revenue Operations data and agentic AI solutions, from use-case discovery and rapid prototyping through controlled deployment, measurement, documentation, and operational handoff.
Align solutions with enterprise platforms, architecture, and governance requirements.
Lead significant projects, solve complex business problems, influence executive decisions, mentor less experienced staff, and implement long-term plans.
