LMI is seeking a skilled Lead Cybersecurity Integrator to provide technical leadership to integrate cybersecurity across enterprise architecture, engineering, and operations. This role translates mission requirements, security objectives, and operational risks into coordinated technical solutions that protect critical services and enable mission success. Primary duties include: Develop and maintain required RMF, authorization, and cybersecurity documentation that accurately reflects the system's actual security posture. Develop and maintain system security plans, POA&Ms, and supporting accreditation documentation. Work directly with government cybersecurity leadership and Authorizing Officials to evaluate risk, recommend controls, and support informed authorization decisions. Lead cybersecurity architecture and engineering across enterprise networks, systems, applications, and infrastructure. Identify vulnerabilities, attack surfaces, and mission risks and translate them into effective technical controls. Design and implement layered defenses including network segmentation, identity and access management, network and endpoint security, vulnerability management, logging and monitoring, and boundary protection. Continuously adapt security controls based on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, intelligence, and changes to the operating environment. Proactively integrate SOC operations with the NOC to ensure communication security. Location: This position is based in the Washington, DC metro area, with travel to program locations. Travel: This position requires approximately 25-50% travel to support activities across multiple program locations.
