This role is driven by maximizing customer success and outcomes, requiring a blend of soft and technical skills. As the primary technical owner for the Securiti Data Command Center platform, you will lead customer onboarding, adoption, and optimization. Your responsibilities will include proactively identifying churn risks and upsell opportunities, and applying deep expertise in DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance to deliver measurable customer value.
