About The Position

The Lead Customer Service Representative at Drake Terrace provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

  • One to three years of senior living, customer service, or related experience preferred
  • Experience with a high-volume phone call work environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community
  • Take the lead in the day-to-day administration of the move-in and welcome process
  • Provide additional support to the Hospitality Services Director to ensure a smooth operation at the front desk
  • Assist residents with requests as needed
  • Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
  • Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
  • Audit records and files
