About The Position

The Lead Customer Service Representative at Drake Terrace provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community. This role involves monitoring residents, guests, and visitors, taking the lead in the move-in and welcome process, and providing support to the Hospitality Services Director. The representative will also assist residents with requests, maintain the front desk and entrance area, respond to emergencies, and audit records.

Requirements

  • Bring a smile to work every day
  • Be a great team player
  • High school graduate
  • One to three years of senior living, customer service, or related experience preferred
  • Experience with a high-volume phone call work environment preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community
  • Take the lead in the day-to-day administration of the move-in and welcome process
  • Provide additional support to the Hospitality Services Director to ensure a smooth operation at the front desk
  • Assist residents with requests as needed
  • Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
  • Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
  • Audit records and files
