The Lead Customer Service Representative position is a full-time role with availability for days, evenings, and overnight shifts. This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining store facility conditions, managing merchandising, sales controls, financial controls, and security controls. The Lead Customer Service Representative also supervises customer service representatives in the absence of the Store Assistant Manager, assists with coaching and training new employees, and may provide direction for the fast food service area. This position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and completion of daily store reports and other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
