Lead Customer Service Representative
About The Position
Absolute Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air has exciting opportunities for Customer Service Representatives. This position pays $21-24 per hour depending on experience with performance opportunity. We are looking for individuals for the following schedules: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm or Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm. We are a locally operated company with a small business feel, but large business size, growth, and stability. Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking
- Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
Nice To Haves
- Service Titan experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from new and existing customers and make them a lifelong customer of Absolute
- Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits
- Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers
- Data entry of sensitive information
- General inbound customer service
