The Lead Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing prompt, excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner. This role involves greeting customers, assisting them with suggestions, accurately processing sales transactions, and operating various store equipment. The position also requires maintaining store cleanliness and condition, managing inventory, controlling sales and financial aspects of the shift, and supervising customer service representatives in the absence of the Store Assistant Manager. Additionally, the Lead CSR assists in training new employees, monitoring customer traffic, and providing feedback for performance improvement. This role may also involve directing activities in the fast-food service area and managing gasoline pricing strategies. The Lead CSR is also responsible for reporting incidents, maintaining accurate timekeeping records, and completing daily store reports.
