The Lead Customer Service Clerk is responsible for leading and training the Customer Service team in the logistics office and warehouse. This role ensures that phones are answered and customer and vendor inquiries are addressed promptly to meet business needs. The candidate will also be responsible for following corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices, reporting noncompliance, and observing all company safety rules while assisting in their enforcement.
