About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a stable work history and strong technical accuracy to join our logistics team in Muscatine, IA . This is a Temp-to-Hire position dedicated to managing a specific customer account, ensuring seamless communication and inventory accuracy within our warehouse operations. Schedule & Compensation Shift: 1st Shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Pay Cycle: Weekly Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire after 3 months Key Benefits Immediate PTO Accrual: Start earning Paid Time Off on your very first day . Requirements

Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using a 10-key calculator for high-volume data entry and reconciliation.
Proven Longevity: Candidates must demonstrate a consistent and stable job history (long-term stays with previous employers).
Pre-Employment Screening: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen .
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to handle customer feedback and carrier relations professionally.

Nice To Haves

WMS Experience: Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems or customer-specific data portals is highly preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Ability to apply warehouse GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Responsibilities

Customer Liaison: Manage all communications regarding orders, inventory status, and shipping delays.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with carriers, greet drivers, and provide clear loading/unloading instructions.
Documentation: Generate Bills of Lading (BOL), warehouse pick sheets, and packing lists.
Inventory Management: Key transactions into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) , reconcile inbound freight, and ensure 100% inventory integrity.
Reporting: Furnish customers with stock status, transaction history, and tracing information as requested.
