Lead Custodian - Mid-Day Shift
About The Position
As a Lead Custodian at Verde Clean, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming atmosphere of our facilities. This role involves a combination of hands-on custodial work and leadership responsibilities, ensuring that assigned cleaning areas are covered and that day-to-day custodial tasks are completed efficiently. You will also be responsible for supporting and supervising the team, handling incoming phone calls and emails, and coordinating tasks to ensure smooth operations. The goal is to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all building occupants.
Requirements
- Previous custodial experience, preferably with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Responsibilities
- Cover assigned cleaning areas and assist with day-to-day custodial tasks.
- Support and supervise the team.
- Take incoming phone calls on the company-issued phone and follow up as needed.
- Respond to emails and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all building occupants.
