About The Position
Join our team as a Lead Custodian and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our library community. This position combines hands-on custodial work with leadership responsibilities, including guiding daily tasks, supporting coworkers, and ensuring our facilities are well maintained.

Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in daily custodial and cleaning duties
- Assist with training and supporting custodial staff
- Help coordinate room setups for meetings and programs
- Operate custodial equipment and assist with floor and carpet care projects
- Monitor building conditions and report maintenance concerns
- Help maintain building security when working independently
- Provide coverage at nearby library branches as needed
