Lead Custodian
About The Position
Pritchard Industries is a dynamic and innovative provider of comprehensive facility services, dedicated to enhancing the operational efficiency of our client partners in the industries we serve. With services from facility maintenance and janitorial, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people. We are seeking to hire a Lead custodian. You may be responsible for providing technical support, assist with employees training, create a smooth communication flow between costumer and Pritchard and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance.
Requirements
- Must be able to follow instructions from Project Manager and complete all tasks effectively.
- Must be able to provide technical support to team.
- Must be able to establish and maintain different programs used in the property, such as UKG, Cove system, Simplitime, etc.
- Reliable Transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
- Professional attitude & appearance.
