Requirements
- Has some experience in a Senior Living Community dining area.
- Has some experience supervising a team.
- Has a passion for serving others and takes pride in their work.
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment.
- Can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
- Is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service with a smile.
- Setting up dining room tables to create a welcoming ambiance.
- Serving meals to residents with professionalism and care.
- Keeping the dining room and kitchen areas clean and organized.
- Assisting with preparing snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments.
- Transporting trash and linens to designated disposal areas.
- Monitoring refrigeration temperatures to ensure food safety.
- Supporting special events and catering functions.
- Delivering meals to remote locations as needed.
- Following and completing daily task checklists.
