About The Position

The Demand Generation/ABM Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads and revenue. You’ll oversee our Account-Based Marketing strategy, leverage HubSpot to manage marketing automation, and provide data-driven insights to our sales and executive teams. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking, market research, CRM administration, and performance analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years in a B2B marketing role with a proven track record in demand generation and/or ABM.
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation platform), including setting up workflows, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics, data reporting, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing.
  • Understanding of B2B buying cycles, SaaS products, and complex sales funnels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales and product marketing.
  • Ability to perform competitor and market analyses to inform campaign strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of other martech or CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce etc.).
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms or intent-data providers (Definitive, ZoomInfo, Warmly, Demandbase, Terminus, etc.).
  • Certifications in HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated campaigns (email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, etc.) to drive top-of-funnel leads.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling content that resonates with target personas.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to increase conversion rates and improve ROI.
  • Identify and segment high-value accounts in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Design personalized ABM playbooks—including messaging, content, and outreach sequences—to engage target accounts.
  • Track account engagement and pipeline progression; iterate on ABM tactics based on data-driven insights.
  • Administer HubSpot for marketing automation, including setting up workflows, lead scoring, nurturing sequences, and integrations with other tools.
  • Ensure proper tracking of leads, MQLs, SQLs, and opportunities across the entire funnel.
  • Maintain data hygiene, manage user permissions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards within HubSpot (and/or BI tools) to track key performance metrics (lead volume, pipeline velocity, customer acquisition costs, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ABM effectiveness; present insights to leadership.
  • Make strategic recommendations based on data to optimize spend, focus, and targeting.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify new opportunities, trends, and best practices.
  • Translate research findings into actionable strategies for customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Stay current on industry trends, marketing technology advancements, and competitor campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs of leads, alignment on target account lists, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Partner with product marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and product differentiators.
  • Coordinate with content and design teams to develop assets that support ABM and demand generation efforts.
  • Manage allocated marketing budgets for campaigns; optimize spend across channels.
  • Recommend new tools, technologies, or resources to enhance the effectiveness of ABM and demand generation programs.
  • Continually refine workflows, lead management processes, and campaign execution steps to streamline operations.
  • Document best practices and standard operating procedures for future scalability.
