Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand and Product Marketing, the Lead Creative Designer plays a critical role in elevating TruGreen’s brand through high-quality, performance-driven creative. This role operates as the creative execution arm of the marketing department, bringing a balance of strong hands-on design expertise and thought leadership - thinking beyond the brief and approaching problems from multiple angles. Responsible for executing compelling design across marketing channels while also providing strategic creative recommendations that align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and business goals.
