About The Position
Prepares food in accordance with daily menu and schedule with sufficient quantities, and in accordance with recipes, sanitation procedures and portion control.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions and recipes.
- Basic mathematics skills.
- Two years of previous institutional or restaurant cooking experience.
Nice To Haves
- Technical or vocational training in culinary arts.
- Certified cook or apprentice.
- Formal training in institutional cooking methods and sanitation procedures.
