Requirements

• At least 3 years of food preparation experience in a high-volume dining services venue.
• ServSafe certification.
• Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols and regulations.
• Natural leadership qualities and readiness to take the next step in a culinary career.
• Passion for cooking for people.
