Princess Auto Stadium is home to some of Manitoba’s most exciting live events—from championship football to concerts and major community gatherings. Behind every unforgettable event is a culinary team that delivers fast, fresh, and high-quality food to thousands of guests. We’re looking for a Lead Kitchen Cook who thrives in high-energy environments and takes pride in leading a team that delivers exceptional stadium dining experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality or food service
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and event days
• Must be available for all Blue Bombers home games (10 per season).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support kitchen staff during high-volume event service
• Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, quality, and speed
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Mentor and train cooks and kitchen team members
• Work closely with concessions, catering, and operations teams to ensure smooth service
