About The Position

SymphonyAI Retail, Inc. seeks a Lead Consultant in Palo Alto, CA. This role involves leading technical workshops, designing and creating project development and testing environments, overseeing product configuration, managing source control, ensuring compliance with delivery assurance processes, resolving complex environmental issues, conducting data management and unit testing, supporting the QA team, guiding clients through testing phases, leading solution packaging and deployment, and providing expert client support during installation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
2 years of related experience
2 years of experience in a technical troubleshooting environment
2 years of experience in software installation and test environment creation
2 years of experience with SQL
2 years of experience with databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Postgres, or similar
2 years of experience with software development life cycle (SDLC)
2 years of experience working in an Agile environment
Authority to work permanently in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Lead technical workshops during the initiation and definition stages of projects.
Design and create sophisticated project development and testing environments that mirror the hardware and software stack to be used at the client site.
Oversee configuration of the Symphony product as outlined in the design documentation.
Manage source control on projects and collaborate with the release manager to ensure efficient source and version control.
Ensure compliance with the company’s delivery assurance process and governance standards.
Resolve complex environmental issues encountered during software deployment and configuration.
Conduct comprehensive data management and unit testing.
Support the services QA team by resolving test defects and clarifying test plans and cases.
Guide the client through SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing phases.
Lead the packaging of solutions, document installation instructions/notes, and oversee package deployment.
Provide expert support to clients during the installation of packages into their environments.
