About The Position

The Lead Consultant is a key member of Citrix Consulting Services, responsible for delivering high-impact engagements designed by Account Technology Strategists and Solution Architects. This role ensures alignment with client strategic needs and Citrix business objectives within a multicultural, globally aligned consulting organization. Consultants operate across diverse industry verticals including Healthcare, Education, Financial Services and Insurance (FSI), and Manufacturing and Retail.

Responsibilities

  • Drives all aspects of customer engagements, executing both internal and customer-facing projects with precision.
  • Proactively identifies follow-on opportunities for the Account Technology Specialist & Solution Architect.
  • Applies advanced consulting methodologies strategically and adheres to documentation standards.
  • Expands technical breadth across the evolving platform ecosystem to solve complex architectural and deployment challenges.
  • Navigates high-complexity technical hurdles independently and mentors junior resources.
  • Takes full ownership of customer projects, liaising with Solution Architect and Account Technology Strategist for seamless execution, defined business outcomes, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Partners with specialized teams to transition customers smoothly from Proof of Concept (PoC) to full-scale production rollouts.
  • Provides strong technical oversight and lightweight project management for customer- and partner-driven projects.
  • Demonstrates exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills, balancing and advancing 10+ active projects or requests simultaneously.
  • Establishes a reputation as a technical expert across diverse industry verticals, connecting industry trends with the Citrix technology portfolio.
  • Leads by example in delivery standards, fostering an open, collaborative environment for constructive debate.
  • Conveys the Citrix platform vision in practical terms to help customers visualize and navigate their journey toward future-state architecture.
  • Maintains focus on department and corporate strategic priorities, allocating time and resources to high-impact initiatives.
  • Invests consistently in mentoring, peer coaching, and the active technical development of junior team members.
