SAP Functional | SAP PP | Functional Lead
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant with expertise in SAP Functional, specifically SAP PP, to join our team. This role involves leading the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring comprehensive testing, and collaborating with business users to resolve issues and meet customer requirements. The position requires strong skills in blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and the preparation of various project documentation. Responsibilities include directing team members in the development, testing, and deployment of SAP modules, as well as creating effective reporting tools. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure the completeness of system requirements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 12 years of relevant SAP experience, including at least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations. The position requires 100% onsite work in the US at the client location for development and configuration changes, with proper documentation and testing of all system functionalities.
Requirements
- 12+ years experience SAP PP
- 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Strong integration hands-on knowledge with SAP PPDS, SAP EWM and SAP QM.
- Strong Blue printing and Fit-Gap expertise in the area of manufacturing.
- Preparation of time and cost estimates for SAP PP solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field plus 12 + years of relevant SAP experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities
- Implementation of SAP S/4HANA solution in at least 3 projects (FULL CYCLE, from initiation to closure).
- Prepare and develop comprehensive test plans and perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Direct and coordinate the work of other team members to develop, test, deploy, and modify programs for modules or projects.
- Coordinate and collaborate with functional users and business associates to find solutions to problems identified in testing and resolve issues during systems upgrades/configuration.
- Prepare workflow charts and diagrams to specify, in detail, business processes supported by enterprise systems in meeting Customer requirements.
- Prepare System Requirements Documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, technical reports, simulations, and instructional manuals to document systems.
- Coordinate and develop effective reporting tools needed to support the business unit information and Customer requirements.
