To leverage industry expertise and broad product knowledge to deliver strategic, client-centered solutions and manage complex projects, from client identification through final invoicing, while ensuring customer satisfaction and engaging in sales activities.

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Domain expertise : Proven track record in a consulting capacity, specifically leading large scale ITSM transformations and organizational change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive Maturity Assessments (using CMMI or ITIL Maturity Models) to identify gaps in current state Vs desired future state
  • Ability to translate assessments findings into a multi-year ITSM roadmap, prioritizing quick wins alongside long term structural changes.
  • Experience driving the end to end roll out of ITIL processes (incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge and Service Catalog) across diverse business units, not just IT.
  • Functional knowledge of market leading ITSM platforms
  • KPI Framework - knowledge of designing and implementing KPIs
  • Certification - ITIL V4 specialist or equivalent, COBIT 2019 foundations.
  • Ability to articulate how ITSM solutions will impact and improve business productivity.
  • Excellent written communication skills in terms of documentation and recommendations for clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage clients of varying personalities.
  • Must be able to identify other business opportunities with clients adjacent to core technical skillset.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous engagements while keeping customer satisfaction high.
  • A senior-level sales representative with advanced understanding of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
  • Manages large, complex sales with light supervision.
  • Responsible for higher-than-average sales quota or territory.
  • Demonstrates effective communication, advanced data analysis, leverages extensive experience, and problem-solving skills.
  • May introduce new products, lead training, and mentor colleagues.
  • If the sales career path includes multiple positions at the I11 level, the more senior role entails higher sales targets, broader scope, and greater complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver design and support services to respective technology customers.
  • Lead Professional Services engagements in areas of product focus.
  • Interface with clients and Sales team to determine business requirements of customers and corresponding solutions within AT&T’s capabilities.
  • Position additional services and products with clients.
  • Create configurations based on engineering designs.
  • Provide emergency support to Customer Engineering, Management, and Sales teams.
  • Deliver varied duration projects for clients in multiple industry verticals.
  • Earn trusted advisor status with customers.
  • Perform ITSM consulting engagements, including creation of documentation for presentation to clients.
  • Maintain required relevant industry certifications.
  • Improve existing delivery processes, methods, and/or reference architectures.
  • Partner with customers to align business objectives with technologies and help build long-term technical plans and delivery customer excellence.
  • Mentor junior Systems Engineers in product focus area.
