Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of relevant healthcare experience in areas such as healthcare operations, physician compensation, performance improvement, or other related functions.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree
• Prior healthcare consulting experience, including supporting operational improvement, physician compensation, provider alignment, workforce planning, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with physician groups, health systems, academic medical centers, or other healthcare provider organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support operational assessments and performance improvement initiatives for hospitals, clinics, and community health centers including: Provider productivity analysis Compensation analysis Provider compensation plan design Service line analysis Staff productivity analysis System throughput optimization Expense analysis Organizational structure optimization
• Analyze and interpret operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop reports, presentations, proposals, and other client deliverables to communicate findings and support engagement objectives.
• Coordinate project workplans, facilitate client communications, and support overall engagement management activities.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple healthcare consulting service lines to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Create meaningful data visualizations and dashboards that help clients make informed business decisions.
