About The Position

Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a welcoming, organized, and service-focused Lead Concierge to join our team at Hillcrest Grand Lodge in Papillion, NE. Hillcrest Grand Lodge is a senior living community offering independent living and assisted living in an engaging, hospitality-focused environment. As the Lead Concierge, you will play an important role in overseeing concierge services, supporting residents with personalized needs, and helping daily community operations run smoothly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience performing business-office functions required.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
  • Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, bending, standing, walking, and movement as needed.
  • Must be flexible, calm, and professional when assisting emotionally upset residents, family members, or customers.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to utilize technology, office systems, and available resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive resident, team member, and operational information.

  • Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, concierge services, customer service, or office administration preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting residents, customers, executives, sales teams, or community operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of Grand Lodge Concierge Services while serving as a key point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and team members.
  • Provide clerical and office-management support to the Administrator and Sales Department.
  • Assist residents with personalized services, questions, concerns, maintenance requests, and other day-to-day needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents and the appropriate community departments.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls, visitors, deliveries, and outside vendors.
  • Create a warm, professional, and welcoming first impression for residents, families, guests, and community partners.
  • Review Daily Activity Logs from previous shifts and respond to outstanding messages, inquiries, and emails.
  • Participate in daily and weekly administrative meetings.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Administrator and Sales team.
  • Process invoices accurately and submit them for payment.
  • Process incoming and outgoing interoffice mail.
  • Monitor office-supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate with Independent Living and Assisted Living Lifestyle Directors regarding upcoming events.
  • Manage and schedule Grand Lodge meeting rooms and the Grand Hall.
  • Communicate important updates and follow-up needs to the appropriate team members.
  • Support community projects, events, administrative needs, and additional responsibilities as assigned.
