About The Position

Planned Companies is seeking a friendly and professional Lead Concierge to manage all client services. The ideal candidate will have a confident personality, enjoy networking with clients, and possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal). A comprehensive knowledge of local businesses, travel selections, and entertainment scenes is also required. This role focuses on providing high-quality service and understanding the value of exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of client-facing experience.
• Basic computer literacy skills and talent for technology.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, and self-assured attitude.
• Skills in multitasking and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Make reservations at local establishments such as restaurants, businesses, hotels, and other entertainment venues upon client request.
• Manage concierge staff.
• Handle inquiries from clients and residents in a professional manner.
• Assist with the organization of on-site events.
• Greet clients upon entry and guide them to their designated areas.
• Process important queries and manage customer expectations politely and professionally.
• Keep track of frequent clients and create tailored experiences based on their personal needs.
• Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
• Provide information on surrounding area stores and services (e.g., car service centers, grocery stores, health spas, liquor stores, pharmacies, religious centers, beauty spas, tailors, video stores).
• Maintain control of all keys, including logging them in and out.
• Announce all visitors to clients and tenants, and keep visitors at the front desk until permission is received.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
• Log in and secure all packages, deliveries, and other appropriate items in the designated area.
