Reporting to the Sr. Director, Compensation, the Compensation Lead is a strategic partner to Pinterest's Engineering and Product organizations — and a key player in how we attract, reward, and retain world-class talent. In this role, you'll build consultative, trusted relationships with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders, proactively advising on complex compensation matters across the entire employee lifecycle. You'll bring data to life — combining deep analytics, market insights, and internal talent data to ensure Pinterest's compensation practices stay competitive, equitable, and true to our compensation philosophy.
