Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and diagnostics.
- Experience with 30 Ton RTU troubleshooting and changeouts.
- Able to travel 24-50% of the time including some overnights.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Universal EPA certification
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Responsibilities
- Service, repair, industrial and commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and fix HVAC Equipment, able to read blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Lead, train and manage other techs servicing and repairing heating and air equipment.
- Troubleshooting, servicing & fixing VAV, VRF, 30 ton RTU's low voltage controls.
- Conduct preventative maintenance, system replacements, and necessary modifications.
- Ensure safety standards are strictly followed on all job sites.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer standards for installation, operation, and repairs.
- Provide technical assistance to customers as needed.
- Work overtime or weekends as needed.
