Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B supporting the Irvine, CA market as part of the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will independently develop, retain, and grow moderately complex client relationships and lead a team. You will leverage a solid understanding of relationship management, client needs, and financial decision-makers to respond quickly, communicate proactively, manage expectations, and solicit feedback. You will also lead or participate in structuring, modifying, and renewing moderately complex loans and industry-specific solutions by analyzing financials, presenting to clients, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and partnering with senior peers. You will review and offer Wells Fargo's full suite of solutions to meet client needs, engaging product organizations and leveraging your understanding of clients' businesses, strategic objectives, and financial positions. Additionally, you will lead or resolve moderately complex initiatives, guide your team, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. You will collaborate with peers and managers to resolve client issues, help clients navigate Wells Fargo's processes, escalate inquiries, and identify process improvements. You will also drive relationship planning, maintain sales and pipeline disciplines, support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new clients, and partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide feedback on client and market needs.
