Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM supporting the Atlanta, GA market as part of the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will develop, retain, and grow complex client relationships through relationship management, understanding client needs, responding quickly, communicating proactively, managing expectations, and soliciting feedback. You will lead the structuring, modification, and renewal of complex cash flow, real estate loans, and other industry-specific solutions by analyzing financials, presenting to clients, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and partnering with senior peers. You will also review and offer the full suite of complex solutions, engaging product organizations to develop client-specific solutions and leveraging your understanding of clients' businesses. You will make decisions in complex situations, collaborating and consulting with peers and managers to resolve client issues and achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will drive relationship planning, maintain sales and pipeline disciplines, support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new clients, and partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide feedback on client and market needs.
