Lead CNA Caregiver
About The Position
Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate CNA to join our team as a Lead CNA Caregiver. This unique field-based role offers guaranteed full-time hours (minimum 30 hours per week) while providing variety, independence, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on client care across your service area. Unlike a traditional assignment-based position, our Lead CNA Caregivers are trusted team members who help ensure clients receive uninterrupted, high-quality care. You'll support new client starts, assist with scheduling gaps, and provide reliable coverage when additional support is needed.
Requirements
- Active CNA license
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel up to a 50-mile radius
- Availability Monday - Friday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- Availability for two weekends per month
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs
- Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening per company standards

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide transportation and errands as needed
- Support start-of-care visits and new client transitions
- Cover open shifts and urgent care needs
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Communicate with office and scheduling staff
- Help support and mentor fellow caregivers
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
