About The Position

As a Clinical Navigator at PAM Health, you will be the face of our hospital, meeting patients at their worst times and guiding them towards recovery. You will share the hospital's success and the potential success patients can achieve during their rehab stay, providing them with the support needed to reach their goals. Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited college or university in a health field, preferably nursing, preferred.
  • Current licensure in nursing or respiratory therapy is required.
  • Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in the designated field of license, preferably with rehabilitation/LTACH and marketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the training and management of the business development team, including Clinical Liaisons, Physician Liaisons, and others as directed.
  • Provides marketing support for sales presentations to clinical liaisons and other business development team members at various hospitals and clinics.
  • Cultivates referral relationships and manages assigned territory.
  • Makes sales contacts and analyzes referral and admission data from assigned territory.
  • Works collaboratively with the business development team, Director of Admissions, admission staff, nursing, and other internal/external staff to facilitate referral conversion.
  • Performs patient evaluations for admission to PAM Health.
  • Provides feedback and recommendations for program development and quality improvement initiatives related to customer service, referral and admission processes, and patient/referral source satisfaction.
  • Develops and maintains excellent relationships with all stakeholders, including prospective patients, family members, physicians, ICU and floor nurses, discharge planners, case managers, and payer representatives.
