The Clinical Informatics Systems Adoption Specialist leads Oracle Health Cerner training, onboarding, readiness, workflow adoption, and optimization activities supporting nursing-focused EHR workflows. The role combines advanced Oracle Health application knowledge, nursing workflow expertise, instructional design, competency validation, and change adoption leadership to support safe, consistent system use across multiple facilities. Designs and delivers role-based education, maintains curricula and competency assessments, and supports clinicians during system implementations, conversions, upgrades, enhancements, optimizations, go-lives, and stabilization periods. Collaborates with clinical, operational, informatics, application, project, and education teams to ensure training reflects approved workflows and system functionality. Standardizes training methods, mentors adoption specialists and instructors, coordinates super user networks, evaluates adoption outcomes, and resolves complex workflow and learning barriers with limited direction. A nursing license is not required; demonstrated expertise in Oracle Health nursing workflows and clinician training is essential.
