About The Position

Own the floor and elevate every interaction. As the Lead Client Advisor at our SoHo Flagship, you will set the standard for what exceptional selling looks like at Faherty — combining deep product knowledge, authentic relationship-building, and a commercial mindset to deliver outstanding results. You will serve as a go-to leader on the floor, influencing team performance through real-time coaching, modeling best-in-class selling behaviors, and building a robust personal book of business that drives long-term revenue and client loyalty. This role is for someone who takes full ownership of their performance, thrives in a high-energy flagship environment, and is passionate about the Faherty brand and the clients we serve.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a premium retail or client-facing sales environment, with demonstrated ability to drive results, build lasting client relationships, and influence team performance.
  • A strong personal book of business or demonstrated track record of advanced clienteling and relationship-driven selling.
  • Deep product and styling expertise with the ability to confidently wardrobe and outfit clients across categories.
  • Omnichannel awareness and the ability to seamlessly connect the in-store and ecommerce experience for clients.
  • Adept with technology and apps, including but not limited to Google Suites, MS Office, and clienteling platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage authentically across clients, peers, and leadership.
  • High level of personal accountability — consistently takes initiative to drive both personal and team success with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Passionate about contributing to a brand with purpose and demonstrating advocacy through business.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of personal sales performance, consistently delivering strong results through intentional client engagement, expert styling, and a disciplined approach to wardrobing and outfitting.
  • Set and uphold best-in-class selling behaviors, ensuring every interaction reflects a balance of authenticity, product knowledge, and commercial awareness.
  • Process in-store sales, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and care.
  • Build, manage, and actively grow a robust personal client book through consistent outreach, follow-up, and personalized engagement.
  • Leverage client insights and data to create tailored outreach strategies that drive repeat visits, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Utilize clienteling tools and digital platforms to extend relationships beyond the store, contributing to measurable revenue through outreach and engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date client information, requests, and product feedback within the clienteling platform.
  • Maintain a constant, visible presence on the sales floor — especially during peak business hours — serving as a go-to leader who drives energy, urgency, and focus across the team.
  • Provide immediate, in-the-moment feedback and guidance to peers, helping to refine selling behaviors and improve overall team performance.
  • Act as a partner to the Hospitality Leader in driving daily business, reinforcing priorities, and maintaining alignment across the team.
  • Assist with cash management procedures including opening and closing cash registers as needed.
  • Utilize available resources consistently and effectively to support store operations.
  • Contribute to a well-organized back-of-house and support monthly supply and inventory processes.
  • Operate with a heightened sense of ownership and awareness, recognizing the visibility and influence of a flagship environment.
  • Communicate successes and opportunities to the Hospitality Leader and store leadership team.
  • Bring product to life through compelling storytelling, deep product knowledge, and a strong understanding of styling and outfitting.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized salesfloor and register area at all times.
  • Represent and reinforce brand standards through strong visual presentation and a polished, on-brand personal aesthetic.
  • Partner with the team daily to ensure the floor is fully restocked based on sell-through and support seasonal floor moves.
  • Help foster a collaborative, high-performing environment where accountability, support, and shared success are prioritized.
  • Act as a role model for elevated service, consistently demonstrating how to create meaningful, memorable client interactions that inspire loyalty and trust.
  • Champion the brand’s core values and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture that empowers everyone to excel.
  • Communicate effectively and build trust across the team and with clients.
